Associate's degree required; 1+ years in school operations, bachelor's degree in a related field and/or background in human resources preferred. Salary per experience w/excellent benefits.
- Serves as Confidential Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent and the Personnel Office and is responsible for all duties associated with both, including but not limited to: Preparing correspondences and communications to various stakeholders, maintaining appointments and calendar events, managing the departmental budget and business accounts of the Assistant Superintendent/ Personnel Office and assisting Personnel department functions as needed.
- Manages the District's employment applicant tracking system and employment processes (pre-hire) such as job postings, advertising, interview scheduling, applicant correspondences, interview preparations (resumes, screening tools, interview questions, prompts and other requirements needed for the interview team)
- Manages and maintains all personnel files for all active, archived and extra duty employees for the District and assists the Office of Athletics/Activities with the on-boarding process for salaried and volunteer coaches and sponsors.
- Helps organize and schedule weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual meetings or any special events as requested by the Assistant Superintendent.
- Organizes and maintains departmental document systems and online resources and edits content for different platforms while serving as the liaison for vendor communications.
- Coordinates student teacher, intern or other field placements and observation requests from local colleges and universities with QV administrators and faculty members of all district school buildings.
- Maintains district-wide absences for district employees including monthly and year-end absence reconciliations.
