• Support social media and brand presence by helping create, schedule, and post content
• Assist with marketing projects, including assembling print materials, coordinating client gifts, and prepping packages
• Pick up and deliver documents, signage, and client gifts as needed
• Conduct research to support listings, client outreach, and market insights
• Prepare materials for appointments and events
• Assist with onboarding and communications with agents and clients
• Pitch in on special projects and new initiatives as needed Qualifications:
• 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
• Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
• Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion Compensation: $40,500 - $55,000 yearly

Compensation:
$40,500-$55,000 per year
