BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant 2 Job for an opportunity in Redmond Location.

Expected Duration: 12 months

Job Type: Contract - Hybrid

Pay Range: $30/hr - $33/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-4 years' experience with Team Support.

2. Minimum 3-4 years' experience with MSFT suite tools: outlook, teams, excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio

3. Minimum 3-4 years' experience with Event planning

Job Description:
Responsibilities

• Proactively manage VP, Head of Studio complex calendars with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines.

• Arrange domestic and international travel.

• Reconcile and process expense reports for managers, interim approve team expense reports.

• Partner closely with the managers on activities in support of business strategy, planning, and financials.

• Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings.

• Partner with lead admin to manage headcount for team, submit all new hire paperwork and assist in onboarding new employees.

• Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations and process issues.

• Manage team aliases ensuring all aliases for the organization are up-to date and hierarchy is aligned.

• Coordinate department facility operations, including facilities requests

• Plan and execute team morale events and all hands in partnership with admin team.

• Building relationships with XBOX Studios admin community.

• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all transactions to include communicating and working with confidential and sensitive information.
