Our client a global major international retail group known for their supermarket chains is looking for an Administrative Executive Assistant to join their team in Quincy, Massachusetts. This is a 4-month contract Hybrid position.
As their Administrative Executive Assistant you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including scheduling and managing leadership calendars, creating meeting invitations, providing information to callers, and taking notes.
Contract Duration: 4 months
Responsibilities:
- Handling multiple projects, managing logistics for off-sites, and preparing and monitoring invoices and expense reports
- Reserve travel accommodations for the Leadership
- Office management tasks such as ordering items for the office are required
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (MS Word, Excel, MS Teams) is required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable interacting with leadership and large teams.
- Strong customer service skills are essential high school diploma is necessary, along with knowledge of common administrative concepts, practices, and procedures
