Adecco is currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This position will be within a Human Resources department, working closely with the HR Leadership team on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Calendar management
Managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring executives are prepared for appointments.
  • Managing Travel Arrangements
Booking flights, hotels, and transportation, handling travel logistics, and ensuring executives have everything they need for their trips.
  • Communication
Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, acting as a point of contact for execuives and their contacts.
  • Document Management
Organizing and maintaining files, reports, and other documents, ensuring hey easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion
Handling sensitive information with the utmost care and mainting confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Project Support
Assisting with projects, research, and other tasks as needed.
  • Office Management
Assisting with general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Details: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour
