The ideal candidate is highly responsible, organized, flexible and can maintain a strict code of confidentiality. You have a proven skill of working well with people, and the desire to jump in and contribute in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Proactively anticipate needs to support leaders.

• Provide task management, project coordination, executive calendaring, correspondence, travel/expense management, response to inquiries and requests, board and meeting management, and support of system needs.

• Coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives, along with serving as a thought partner.

• Provide advanced technical support including remote meeting management, facilitation of presentations and reporting, and management of multimedia needs both by the leader(s) and meeting support.

Requirements

Requirements and skills:

This position is IN OFFICE in Ogden, UT.

(R) Associate's degree, bachelor's degree preferred.

(R) 5+ years' experience supporting management, executives preferred.

(R) Expert MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to learn new applications quickly.

(R) A flexible schedule is needed as work may occur outside normal business hours.
