Role Description
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the right hand to our executives-managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, onboarding new employees, and handling high-level administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.
This position involves extensive daily use of RealPage software. Candidates must be highly proficient and comfortable working within the system, as it plays a critical role in day-to-day operations including community onboarding, leasing, and resident management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings with precision
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and residents.
- Organize and prioritize incoming communication and requests
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure deadlines are met
- Support with strategic projects and operational initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tool.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and manage multiple priorities
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with RealPage property management software is strongly preferred.
- Experience onboarding new communities within RealPage, including setting up property profiles and leasing workflows.
