Position: Executive Administrative Assistant.
Overview:
Global Financial Services firm in NYC is adding to staff.
The ideal candidate will be a self-started and provide top-level assistance for high level executives. You should be well-organized, detail oriented and be comfortable scheduling meetings while handling extensive travel coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex travel itineraries for both domestic and international travel and handling spontaneous changes to travel schedule.
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings and assist with PowerPoint presentations.
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
- Calendar management & itinerary coordination for several executives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required plus at least 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience within a professional services organization - ideally a financial services firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
