We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Assistant to manage financial records, handle AR and AP inquiries, prepare weekly payments, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and proactive.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financials:
- Maintain accurate financial records using our ERP system.
- Manage AR/AP inquiries and reconcile bank/credit card statements.
- Prepare weekly payments and track all expenses.
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports (income statements, balance sheets).
Administrative Support:
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle office correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, travel, and meetings as needed.
- Order office supplies and oversee inventory.
