A New York City-based professional services firm is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team in support of a senior executive. The role is fully on site at their beautiful office in Midtown, Manhattan, and they offer an excellent benefits package.
Job Details
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage incoming calls and emails with utmost professionalism
- Heavy calendaring, conference room/call scheduling, and meeting management
- Set up and break down catering, A/V, and materials for meetings
- Arrange and manage travel, events, flights, and other logistics
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports
- Salary: $75-85k per year, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-5 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Diplomatic and responsive communicator with high-level interpersonal skills
