Seeking an administrative professional to provide comprehensive support for the efficient operation of an executive team member.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Calendar administration including scheduling and coordination of meeting arrangements for the executive team member.
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules, administer minutes.
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Process document photocopying, faxing and mailing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system as directed.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Maintain office supply inventories.
- Make travel arrangements if needed.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years college degree and 5 years of related work experience.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Expert in Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
