Seeking an administrative professional to provide comprehensive support for the efficient operation of an executive team member.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Calendar administration including scheduling and coordination of meeting arrangements for the executive team member.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules, administer minutes.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Process document photocopying, faxing and mailing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system as directed.
  • Handle requests for information and data.
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Maintain office supply inventories.
  • Make travel arrangements if needed.
  • Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Min 2 years college degree and 5 years of related work experience.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Expert in Microsoft office applications.
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
