Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support to the SED - Prepare meeting agendas and detailed notes
- Manage scheduling and coordinate calendars
- Organize and maintain electronic documents and folders
Faculty & Committee Support - Assist the Faculty Appointment & Promotions Committee
- Support the Learning Environment & Professionalism Committee
- Coordinate Faculty Assembly & Executive Assembly meetings
Office Operations - Oversee day-to-day office needs and supply inventory
- Track budget and place orders as needed
- Maintain digital resources and update website content
QualificationsMinimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in higher ed or a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Canvas
- Ability to handle confidential info with discretion
- Availability for 40+ hours/week on-site
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Background in medical education or higher ed
- Familiarity with academic operations or accreditation
