Overview

Reporting directly to the CPC President, the Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing a broad variety of administrative tasks that support the President and senior leadership team in effectively leading the department and organization, including special projects with a high-level of confidentiality and discretion.

This role pays an hourly rate of $40-45.

This position will remain open until May 30, 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the President's day-to-day calendar.
  • Monitor executive email and draft responses as appropriate.
  • Interface with external constituents in the absence of the President.
  • Organize travel arrangements for international and domestic travel.
  • Review and reconcile Expense/Reimbursement Reports.
  • Compile and exchange (and sometimes analyze) information for executives.
  • Laise with other OVG departments, most notably Finance and People & Culture, and serve as lead communicator for CPC to ensure compliance with company systems and processes
  • Lead the implementation of department activities - including internal and external events.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical office support tasks.
  • Assist other department staff as requested with special projects or other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred.
  • At least five (5) years administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office software including automated calendaring, and internet software.
  • Experience with SAP's Concur preferred
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, work independently, as well as cooperatively, in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention to detail.
