Position Overview: To help continue our success, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional ready to serve as the cornerstone to our executive team. This person will be filling the role of Executive Administrative Assistant at our company headquarters in Davenport, Iowa. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will find yourself an integral part of ensuring our executive offices continue to run smoothly and successfully. The position is a full-time, hourly, Monday through Friday role.
Primary Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the executive team, as well as other office management.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and serve as a point of contact for several different internal stakeholders
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, reports, and correspondence
- Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a tidy and functional office environment
- Support teams with research, task tracking, or basic project management duties
- Handle sensitive information discreetly, such as legal and financial documents
Primary Qualifications:- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with multiple levels of the organization.
- Maintains a pleasant and cooperative disposition
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Highly organized and able to complete a project with little oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school completion required
Physical Demands: This position is in an office setting with frequent use of computers and printers/copiers. While sitting is a primary function of the position, the workspace does provide a standing desk for those interested in such a feature. Walking, bending, and lifting will be required in various capacities depending on the specific tasks for the day.
Pre-Employment Requirements: Ability to pass a drug screen, which includes marijuana/THC, and a background and/or credit check is required.
