Language Requirement: Bilingual - Fluent in English and Korean

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our client, a global organization headquartered in South Korea with North American corporate offices in Commerce, Georgia. This vital, full-time onsite role requires fluency in both English and Korean, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.

As the central hub for multiple workflows and operations, the ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, discretion, and professionalism while providing high-level administrative and operational support throughout the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Oversee corporate housing logistics including property records, maintenance requests, and accommodations for visiting or long-term employees.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to executives, handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, catering, conferences, and associated logistics and expenses.
  • Manage office systems including document preparation, filing, correspondence, and supplies inventory.
  • Support project coordination and assist in tracking milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor and maintain company vehicles, ensuring proper usage, registration, and servicing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Maintain an organized and professional workspace, anticipating needs before they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar high-level office management role.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (verbal and written) - mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel - strong, PowerPoint - advanced, Word, Outlook); SAP experience required.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and proofreading skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting executives in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
  • Proven discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
