About the role:


The company is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to its North American Management Team. This role serves as a strategic partner, facilitating internal communication, coordinating cross-regional requests, and supporting company-wide initiatives. The position requires the ability to manage sensitive information, streamline communication platforms, and support leadership with scheduling, travel planning, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the North American Management Team.
  • Support strategic initiatives by aligning with the company's value system and communicating priorities across the organization.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative requests from global regions.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Provide general administrative, clerical, and office support to senior management.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and documenting meetings; manage resource conflicts for leadership.
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, intranet).
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and planning tools for the management team.
  • Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports for executives.
  • Support internal communications and company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


• 5 years plus experience supporting senior level management



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


• Excellent interpersonal communication (Oral and Written).


• Active listening, information gathering and processing


• Efficiency in executing tasks professionally and thoroughly, with attention to detail.


• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and highest level of confidentiality.


• Proactive approach with timelines and resource planning.


• Excellent computer skills, including all MS Office/Tools (ideally including Decisions within TEAMS),


• Excellent organizational, planning and task management skills.


• Must exhibit a high level of attention to detail.


• Skills in database management and record keeping.


• Able to gather and analyze information skillfully.


• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks



Language Skills:

  • English
  • Spanish a plus
  • German - highly desired
