Strategic Operations Associate (Executive Assistant to COO)

With offices in Atlanta, the UK, and India, our 800-strong global team comprising Field Engineers on Project and Internal staff spans Americas, Asia, Europe, and Africa, delivering top-tier technology consulting solutions in the US and UK geographies.
We are seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to work directly with the COO, an exceptional opportunity for a high-potential professional to contribute to executive operations, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership. This role is designed for someone who not only excels in analytics but is also a natural leader, capable of driving initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring decisions are data-backed, strategically sound, and aligned with business goals-while acting as a key liaison between the COO and global teams.
This exempt position requires flexibility with work hours and occasional domestic or international travel to support global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive and strategic support to the COO, managing communications, priorities, and operational initiatives.
- Analyze business data, understand operational nuances, and deliver targeted insights to guide leadership decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and ensure follow-through on critical actions.
- Serve as a people-centric liaison, promoting alignment and clear communication across departments and global offices.
- Anticipate business needs, manage shifting priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrate leadership in coordinating cross-functional efforts and driving operational efficiency.
- Be adaptable to extended hours when necessary and open to occasional travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant industries such as HTD, staffing, recruitment, retail operations, or business analytics.
- Education: Master's degree preferred, with a background in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- A natural leader, proactive, confident, and able to drive initiatives without formal authority.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Flexible with work hours and willing to travel occasionally across domestic and international locations.
