Job Description:

Our client, an independent attorney in a law firm, is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant (with Client Relations Focus) on a part time basis as a direct hire.
  • Location: Jenkintown (hybrid remote available)
  • Salary: $30+ per hour
  • Paid Holidays - NO PTO
  • Position Type: Part-time (could build to more hours; Flexible schedule 3 days a week 5-6 hours a day)
  • Dress Code: Business casual when in office
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations with a strong emphasis on client communication
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Gather initial client information and documentation
  • Answer general client questions regarding procedures and timelines
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up tasks
  • Provide administrative support as needed (filing, data entry, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Experience in Probate and estate planning a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, detail oriented and engaging
  • Lead conversations with clients in a professional, legal setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DecisionVault, WealthCounsel and LEAP programs (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Prior experience in a legal or professional office required
