Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Luton
Rate: 90 - 110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

If you have UK school experience and a talent for behaviour management and SEN support, this could be the perfect next step in your education journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Support teaching and learning across the classroom
Work 1:1 or in small groups with children with varying SEN needs
Help maintain a positive, structured classroom environment
Assist with planning, preparation and general TA duties

What we're looking for:
Experience working in a UK education setting (school, nursery or similar)
Strong behaviour management and a calm, confident approach
A good understanding of different Special Educational Needs (SEN)
A CACHE/NVQ Level 2 or above in Supporting Teaching and Learning is desirable
