Pay Rate: $36.00 - $39.00 per hour + Overtime

Schedule: Minimum 50 hours per week - Includes overtime opportunities and DuPont rotating schedule

Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking Licensed Utah Electricians for an industrial infrastructure project in Salt Lake City, UT. This long-term opportunity involves the upgrade of existing facilities and the installation of new natural gas-fueled power generating units.

Electricians will work on a rotating DuPont schedule (12-hour shifts), allowing for 14 workdays and 14 days off per month. Overtime is available, and all personnel must comply with the site's no facial hair policy.

This is a career-building opportunity, providing electricians with the ability to enhance their skills in the Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) trade through on-site training programs.

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in an industrial environment.
• Perform instrumentation work, including calibration and troubleshooting of:
• Pressure transmitters
• Temperature transmitters
• Differential Pressure, Flow, and Level sensors
• Control valves
• Use basic testing equipment, including:
• Process meters
• HART communicators
• Pressure pumps
• Basic PLC troubleshooting - Understanding the difference between Analog & Discrete I/O's.
• Basic tubing bending & installation for electrical instrumentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and Site Maintenance requirements.

• Valid Utah Electrician License required
• Industrial electrical experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to work a DuPont rotating shift schedule (includes day and night shifts).
• Must pass a drug screening before employment.

Electricians will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-crew schedule (A-D). Example schedule:

• 4 days on Night Shift 3 days off
• 3 days on Day Shift 1 day off
• 4 days on Day Shift 7 days off
• 3 days on Night Shift Repeat cycle

First week: 40-hour training week (site orientation, no physical work).

• Coverall cleaning service (clean uniforms provided daily)
• On-site change house with showers before and after shifts
