You will be responsible for the operational delivery of an arts award across UK and Ireland and will support online training and delivery.
Key responsibilities will be to
- Coordinate UK and overseas tours
- Allocate examiners
- Book flights and identify cost effective routes
- Send out itineraries in advance
- Monitor KPIs
What skills and experience will you need?
- Very good administrative and organisational skills
• An appreciation and understanding of good customer service
• Strong IT skills (specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook and data processing systems)
• Experience of working with databases and handling data
• Ability to carry out a variety of office administrative tasks quickly and accurately
• Ability to organise own workload, prioritise and multitask
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and cope with periods of high workload
• A team player with a positive can-do attitude - An interest in the arts and education would be beneficial
