HomeRiver Group is seeking a detail oriented and organized self-starter. The Eviction Specialist will work directly with tenants as their primary point of contact with HomeRiver Group. The focus of this position is rent collection, eviction, lease and ledger management. This is a remote position.

Essential Functions:

1. Mainly focused on collections, basic administrative questions from residents, some owner communication in regard to collection and eviction efforts.

2. Answer resident phone calls, messages, and emails to resolve opportunities within a timely manner.

3. Route phone calls and emails from tenants, clients, and vendors to the appropriate staff within HomeRiver Group as needed.

4. Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with residents, clients, property managers, and co-workers.

5. Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in requirements are completed, and coordinating with the property manager for a timely move in for the residents.

6. Demonstrate the ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to the property manager.

7. Strong ability to effectively communicate with owners, residents, and co-workers.

8. Handling and coordinating HOA and lease violations and following up to ensure required resolution.

9. Coordinate and handle escalations from offshore co-workers as needed to ensure quality resolutions and resident satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalency, college degree preferred

1+ year in customer service or collections experience

1+ year of property management experience

Knowledge of property management software i.e.; Rent Manager, Propertyware, etc.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and drive to provide superior customer service to all parties.

Self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize, handle multiple assignments, exercise judgment, and take ownership of projects in the absence of direct supervision

Team player with strong work ethic, pro-active orientation, who can anticipate needs, is assertive, and highly accountable, with a mature and positive attitude.
