About the Role:
We're hiring an Event Manager to oversee internal meetings and events at a corporate office in Bellevue, WA. This is an on-site role where you'll be the primary events lead in the office, coordinating all aspects of logistics and execution.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and manage multiple internal events and programs
- Act as the single point of contact for all assigned events
- Coordinate vendors (catering, furniture, AV, etc.) and internal stakeholders
- Manage budgets, timelines, and event documentation
- Ensure smooth execution, including setup, guest experience, and issue resolution
- Present event plans to stakeholders, including senior leaders
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience managing events independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Quip collaboration tool, G-suite products including docs, sheets, slides, and hangout
- Food & beverage experience is a plus
