We're seeking an Event Specialist to support front-end planning and coordination for national tradeshows and events. This role does not require travel and is perfect for someone with strong coordination skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate events and tradeshows, including strategy, vendor management, booth layouts, and logistics
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and global teams to align face-to-face and digital brand experiences
- Create and manage post-event reports and KPIs to measure success and provide insights
- Oversee budgets for events, tradeshows, and virtual experiences
- Negotiate and manage vendor partnerships, including event production and hospitality
- Develop proposals and make strategic recommendations on event participation and future engagement opportunities
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing support
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with budget tracking, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement is a plus
- A team player who can work across departments and manage timelines independently
