THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate all types of events, including corporate functions, workshops, and community outreach events.
- Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine event objectives and requirements.
- Research and select venues, vendors, and other service providers that align with event goals.
- Oversee event logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation.
- Create promotional materials and manage event registration processes to maximize attendance.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, with willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
