Under the direct supervision of the Food and Beverage Dining Supervisor. The Event Server will serve food and beverages for special events and any dining rooms at the Oaks of Louisiana. The Event Server is responsible for the service of food and beverage and for the quality control of food and beverages for the residents and any guests. The event server consults with the Food and Beverage Dining Supervisor to ensure maximum quality, productivity and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education high school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum Experience 1 year food service experience.

Required certification/registration must have a valid Shreveport ABO card and a
State of Louisiana Responsible Vender Card.

Required course(s)/training NA.

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate.

flexibility to work all shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions: Exposed to varying degrees of dining and kitchen elements
