You will redefine the booking, planning, and party experience, making it enjoyable so clients return time and again.

Key Responsibilities:

LEAD THE WAY & BOOK EVENTS
  • Convert inquiries into bookings through prompt responses and effective communication.
  • While working at one of our vibrant venues, you will also plan events across multiple locations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property to your clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of various event types, from corporate gatherings to milestone celebrations.
MEET & EXCEED GOALS

Surpass your individual sales KPIs to drive success and recognition.

STAY ORGANIZED
  • Maintain a well-organized approach while managing a diverse clientele across multiple venues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the operations team during events, holding meetings to ensure every detail results in a spectacular experience.
GUIDE CLIENTS EXCEPTIONALLY
  • Support your clients throughout the planning process, coordinating all event details leading up to the celebration.
  • Engage in ongoing relationship management with clients, ensuring they return year after year.
EMBRACE FLEXIBILITY

Be prepared to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during our bustling event seasons.

STAY CONNECTED
  • Engage with your team regularly via video to foster collaboration, even as a remote team member.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:

Willingness to travel annually to the national sales conference.
