CREATE MEMORABLE EVENTS
  • Respond promptly to all event inquiries and convert them into successful bookings.
  • Plan and design events across various venues while understanding what makes each unique.
  • Grasp the distinct needs of diverse events-from corporate functions to festive birthday celebrations.
ACHIEVE SALES SUCCESS

Consistently meet and exceed your individual sales goals.

STAY ORGANIZED
  • Maintain meticulous organization while managing a wide range of clients and venues.
  • Serve as the onsite point of contact for the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of every event.
SUPPORT YOUR CLIENTS
  • Guide your clients through the event planning process, coordinating every detail up to the big day.
  • Manage relationships actively to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty.
ADAPT TO DEMANDS

Be flexible in your availability, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.

BE A TEAM PLAYER
  • Engage with your team via video for coaching, meetings, and collaboration.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Check if you fit the bill:
  • Solid understanding of sales, hospitality, and event planning.
  • Competence in tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey your sales experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

Willingness to travel annually for the national sales conference.
