Top social club hospitality group in the LA area is looking for a Senior Events Sales Manager to join their collaborative team. This person will serve as a key client-facing representative for the club and will manage prospecting and sales for all private events within their market segment. The right candidate will be a wonderful communicator, have a love for sales, and will collaborate well within a team environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience within event sales or hospitality.
About the Role:
- Engage with all members, guests, and prospective clients to communicate the value of the club's events
- Oversee strategic client entertaining initiatives and develop compelling event proposals
- Lead pre-event communications with internal stakeholders
- Oversee day-of production teams
- Build and manage budgets for events
- Generate and analyze sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in event sales or hospitality
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules,
- Comfortable with physical aspects of event production
- Strong sales skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
