Event Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing promotional events, supporting brand awareness campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:- Assist in planning, setting up, and executing promotional events.
- Represent client brands professionally during events and public campaigns.
- Engage with attendees to communicate brand messages clearly and effectively.
- Support the promotions team with logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing feedback for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and product offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure event success and client satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Dependable, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs when setting up event materials.
