In this role, you will play a key part in executing promotional events, supporting brand awareness campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, setting up, and executing promotional events.
• Represent client brands professionally during events and public campaigns.
• Engage with attendees to communicate brand messages clearly and effectively.
• Support the promotions team with logistics, scheduling, and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing feedback for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure event success and client satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
• Dependable, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs when setting up event materials.
