Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Event Promotions Assistant to support the execution of our promotional campaigns and live events. This position involves hands-on support with event planning, setup, customer engagement, and coordination to ensure the success of each event. You will play a vital role in representing the brand and enhancing our visibility in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and community activations
• Set up and break down event materials, displays, and equipment
• Represent the brand in a professional and engaging manner
• Interact with event attendees, answer questions, and promote key messages
• Track event attendance, feedback, and promotional effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive event execution
• Support logistical coordination and on-site troubleshooting

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in events, promotions, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
• Reliable, proactive, and organized with attention to detail
