Join Our Team as an Event Planner & Conference Manager at Sev1Tech. Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for planning impactful events? Sev1Tech is looking for an experienced Event Planner and Conference Manager to join our dynamic, high-performing team supporting PEO IEW&S and its subordinate organizations. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up of high-level events - from formal ceremonies and industry engagements to executive conferences and workshops. Your expertise will shape events that align with strategic goals, run smoothly, and leave a lasting impression. Key Responsibilities: Lead logistics and operations for a wide variety of events (e.g., promotions, change of command, conferences, seminars, and ceremonies). Collaborate with stakeholders to shape agendas and outcomes that support enterprise priorities. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Identify venues, coordinate resources, and conduct site visits. Serve as primary liaison with vendors, venues, and internal teams. Plan and oversee all aspects of event production, including IT/AV coordination, registration, and on-site support. Prepare detailed event layouts, timelines, and documentation. Coordinate with communications on invitations, agendas, and promotional materials. Develop and manage event registration websites and track RSVPs. Army Protocol & Government Event Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Army and government event protocol, including seating, procession, flag placement, and official conduct. Maintain compliance with all clearance and security requirements (U.S. Citizenship and active Secret Clearance required). Act as a subject matter expert on Army event standards. Provide on-site support and transportation for high-level military and civilian dignitaries. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in event planning, preferably in military or government settings. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
