Basic Responsibilities:
- Be onsite for all Open Space produced events as the Event Manager.
- Maintain a flexible schedule including being available for evening and weekend productions.
- Attend weekly (or as needed) meetings at the request of the "Event Director" in preparation for events or post-event evaluations .
- Work with production staff as a team to execute day-of-performance duties.
- Be responsible for set up of all front-of-house equipment and furniture including physical box office, tables, chairs, and bar.
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby, house, and all public areas during events. Clean and perform some basic janitorial services before, during, and after performances
- Oversee and manage the Front of House event staff team during events, setup, and strike.
- Supervise any and all Front of House volunteers during events.
- Set up and prepare box office supplies, merch tables, other FoH tables as needed.
- Be responsible for and ensure all box office procedures and paperwork are complete and accurate.
- Attend to guest concerns and questions.
- In cooperation with the Production Manager, ensure the safety of the audience and the facility.
- Execute artist hospitality plans as arranged with the "Event Director" and programming team.
- Communicate with the Production Manager and/or Technical Director on the status of audience attendance and show flow.
- Collaborate with the Production team to set-up and teardown event spaces.
- Clean and fold any linens used for events and in preparation for future events.
- For most shows, act as the artist liaison point person and ensure all visiting artists/performers have everything they need during their time here.
- Maintain the Front of House storage area as tidy and organized.
- Monitor inventory and provide updates to the "Event Director" for prompt restocking.
- Assist the "Event Director" with ongoing development of the bar and concessions program.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience working with Square (or similar POS system) is desired, but we will train the right candidate.
- This is a highly active position with frequent bending, reaching, and extended periods of standing and requires that the person in this role is also able to regularly carry/move up to 50 lbs.
- Be a legal resident of Washington State.
- Possess or be eligible to obtain Class 12 MAST permit.
