Job Summary:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented go-getter with a passion for events and a knack for Excel and PowerPoint? We're looking for a junior-level Events Specialist to support front-end planning for high-profile corporate tradeshows and industry events across North America.
This role focuses on behind-the-scenes coordination-no travel or on-site setup required. Think of it as the bridge between strategy and execution, ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals with internship or coordinator-level experience in events, marketing, or project support.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate pre-show logistics and strategy with event stakeholders
- Manage data in Excel and create internal decks in PowerPoint
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align event messaging
- Help drive lead generation and track KPIs across events
- Assist with budgeting, vendor management, and reporting
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Experience with heavy machinery
- Have corporate event coordination/relevant experience
- Have managed budgets, invoicing and negotiating pricing/contracts.
- Are comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Know your way around Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools
- Love supporting big-picture goals with thoughtful details
- Are interested in growing into event or marketing roles
