Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events for internal and external purposes
- Keep event plans under budget and on schedule
- Performs everyday administrative functions including phone/e-mail monitoring and prioritization, supply ordering; filing/organizing, etc.
- Domestic and international travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, and processes travel expense reports.
- Maintains calendar and arranges multiple party meetings and telephone/video conference calls.
Skills and qualifications
- BA/BS degree or 6 years experience working for a global company.
- 7 years minimum working in a corporate/C-suite environment
- 5 years experience coordinating/managing events
- MS Suite proficiency
