Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to help plan and execute domestic and international trade shows, educational sessions, and special events. In this role, you'll work closely with the Event Specialist to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of impactful events that strengthen customer relationships and elevate brand awareness. You'll need to work independently, solve problems proactively, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and secure premium exhibit space, meeting rooms, and press conference locations.
- Organize logistics including online exhibit orders, on-site labor, electrical needs, and shipment coordination.
- Manage inventory of exhibit materials, graphics, marketing literature, and giveaways for each event.
- Support on-site installation and dismantling of exhibits - traveling as needed
- Perform key administrative tasks, including registration, credential management, event reporting, and post-event materials collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event planning, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of event management experience.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; database and spreadsheet management skills required.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
