Akkodis is seeking a Event Coordinator for a Contract job with a client in Miami, FL. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.
Pay Range: $15 - $18/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting to Depot Manager with designing and implementing of Depot Operation Plan across all host cities, to service all FIFA Constituent Groups, based on FIFA requirements and agreed service levels.
• Ensures integration of Depot Operations into Overall Transportation Plan, as well as correlation with all other Transport services and operations.
• Overseeing training of staff and contractors, if applicable, to ensure Bus Services are delivered according to the Plan.
• Articulate test for all aspects and phases of the Depot Operation.
• Works to prevent accidents and reduce injuries by identifying problem areas, performing safety audits, investigating incidents, enforcing safety regulations and recommending corrective actions.
• Handling lost & found process at Bus Depots in coordination with service provider.
• Ensures that bus service provider receive bus schedules in timely manner and ensure that all dispatching of the buses out of the Depot as per schedule.
• Coordination of commissioning and de-commissioning of buses with service provider.
• Close coordination with bus service provider for any issue resolution of bus operations.
