Event and Retail Staff

If you are personable and energetic, we have the perfect position for you. Event and retail staff enjoy the perks of being in a fun setting speaking with customers and using their interpersonal skills to assist in the scheduling needs of the community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with event/ booth setup, including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials (must be able to lift a small 3ft collapsible table or manage a pop-up tent, but not at every location)
- Must be eager to interact in conversations with guest using interpersonal skills
- Schedule appointments for our customers to meet with design consultants regarding our products that Renewal by Andersen offers
- Ability to stand upright during your scheduled shift and staying energetic and approachable (you are the face of the company in this role)

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service settings that include restaurant, hospitality and retail is preferred
- Willingness to learn our proven techniques in lead generation and appointment setting
- Walking/ standing during majority of your shift
- Valid Drivers' License
- Own personal transportation for work
- High School Diploma or GED
- Pass drug screen and background report
