Event and Catering Group Supervisor
Prestige Technical is seeking an additional team member for an event planning group in Mason, OH. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for working with session leaders to prepare the event spaces for their upcoming meetings or training sessions. Each event held presents a different set of supply and room layout requirements that need to be prepared for and set up. You and the team you supervise will :
Understand in advance (working with Customer Success Lead) individual session needs to plan:
- Food and Beverage requirements
- Room reservations and floor plan set-ups
- Act as liaison with session leaders to make sure everything needed is in place day of the session or meeting
- Prepare printing/supplies/prototyping carts logistics for teams as needed
- Fulfill session attendee requests day of - active problem-solving
- Early morning open and prep for sessions
- Meal set up
- Ensure specialty meals get to the correct attendee
- Keep dining and catering kitchen space neat and clean
- Run dishwasher as needed and put away items washed
- Make popcorn a few afternoons a week. Schedule TBD
- Help with restocking snacks and paper items that serve the dining area
- Basic Tech Awareness (we will train)
- Team player and flow to the work
