Job Description We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Washington, NJ. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front office operations.
- Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner
- Collect Copays
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage general email inquiries
- Maintain an organized front desk and reception area
- Coordinate and manage Therapist schedules
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support administrative tasks including filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with basic office equipment troubleshooting
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of front office or reception experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
