Job Description This location is scheduled to open 8/21/2025. Training will take place at other locations prior to opening: Noblesville, Daleville, or Keystone at the Crossing Indianapolis. Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12AM-6AM. Job Summary: As the Evening & Overnight Team Leader, you will oversee store operations in the absence of higher-level management. You will ensure that our team operates efficiently and effectively, while making strategic recommendations to enhance store performance. You may also assist in managing our fuel offerings.
Principal Duties: - Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Ensure smooth operations among associates, customers, and their orders, maintaining high food service and beverage quality.
- Implement safety, security, quality, and operational standards effectively.
- Provide coaching, direction, and motivation for associates during your shift.
- Manage stock levels for food service items throughout the day.
- Communicate growth opportunities in food service and beverages to the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of associates.
- Enforce cash handling procedures and manage register functions.
- Oversee vendor check-in processes following corporate guidelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of store equipment and uphold facility standards.

Basic Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to work 35-40 hours per week
- Flexible availability for various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred experience in leading and developing teams
- Experience in training, sales building, and food service menu planning
- Demonstrated ability to implement changes effectively
- Preferred leadership experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments
- Proven skills in customer service, relationship building, and communication
