Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Pay: $17/hour

What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support a janitorial team in an assigned building.
- Ensure cleaning tasks meet high-quality standards.
- Train and motivate employees for top performance.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and workplace safety.
- Step in to assist with janitorial tasks as needed.
- Report nightly updates to the Operations Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in supervisory roles (janitorial, hospitality, or food industry preferred).
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
