Job Summary:

This position is crucial for overseeing the store's operations during evening and overnight shifts in the absence of senior management. You'll be responsible for maintaining productivity, ensuring quality service, and communicating store opportunities to the management team. If applicable, you will assist in managing fuel offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure smooth interaction between associates, customers, and orders for food and beverage services.
  • Uphold safety, security, quality, and operations policies, attending to Crisis Management procedures when necessary.
  • Provide team motivation, direction, and coaching during shifts.
  • Maintain stock levels of food service items tailored to daily needs.
  • Communicate food service and beverage growth opportunities to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Recognize and celebrate associates' achievements.
  • Enforce cash handling protocols and manage register functions.
  • Oversee check-in procedures for vendors following corporate policies.
  • Ensure that store conditions and equipment meet established standards.

  • Eager to learn and utilize store technology.
  • Reliable transportation is a must.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Skilled in directing others and prioritizing tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Willingness to work 35 - 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible availability encompassing various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Background in training, sales enhancement, expense management, and food service planning is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to implement change effectively.
  • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Familiar with all store operations, including foodservice.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, relationship building, and communication.
This location is scheduled to open on 8/14/2025. Training will take place at other locations prior to opening such as Noblesville, Daleville, or Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis.
