European OT Cybersecurity Delivery Senior Manager
Key Role:
Apply knowledge of cybersecurity and industrial equipment to help develop and drive strategies that enable our commercial clients to secure their OT networks, reduce cyber risks, and design and implement OT cybersecurity monitoring solutions. Develop business and marketing materials to drive capability growth across manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, energy, and oil and gas sectors. Collaborate with market and sales teams to support sales processes. Conduct interviews with business and technology leaders, key client stakeholders, and support management teams to develop strategies and present findings. Travel to client facilities periodically for activities such as cybersecurity workshops, security assessments, physical security walk-downs, configuration reviews, and personnel interviews. This role may require travel up to 50% to client sites.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Maritime industries
- 5+ years of experience in business development, proposal creation, go-to-market strategies, and tracking business growth
- Experience leading and managing remote teams, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with teams, executives, and clients
- Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and SCADA equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs
- Experience analyzing and improving ICS programs to meet industry standards
- Knowledge of cybersecurity functions such as risk management, vulnerability assessments, and security strategy
- Understanding of security systems including firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus software, authentication, log management, and content filtering
- Ability to work with senior leaders and guide OT cybersecurity capability development
- Ability to synthesize technical content and communicate effectively through documentation, white papers, and blogs
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, or other industrial control regulations
- Experience analyzing vulnerability and security risk assessment tools, including OT Passive Monitoring Tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, network topologies, intrusion detection, PKI, and secured networks
- Knowledge of automation or control systems programming software
- Excellent project management skills including finance, resource management, planning, and delivery
- Certifications such as GICSP, CSSA, or CISSP
