Job Description:

Below are the core skills we are looking for :-

Roles and Responsibilities

• ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.

• Database Design: Create and manage efficient, scalable database schemas and objects such as tables, indexes, views, stored procedures, and functions.

• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including relational databases, flat files, Snowflake Oracle and cloud-based systems.

• Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness.

• Data Quality: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to maintain the integrity of data across systems.

• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for database design, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database and ETL-related issues promptly to ensure data continuity and accuracy.

• Security: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in SSIS, SQL, T-SQL, and database management.

• Experience: 6-10 years of experience in ETL development, database design, and data integration.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, business intelligence tools, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
