ETL Automation Engineer Location - Austin, TX

Job description - 8+ years of strong experience in ETL Testing, BI Testing
- Create, design, and execute the test plans and test cases which covers ETL Process and Data Warehouse validation
- Knowledge on Database objects and relational data models
- Knowledge of Informatica and experience in ETL Testing
- Planning, Monitoring and Control of Testing Activities and Tasks
- Excellent in creating/analyzing simple to complex SQL for data validation
- Experience with developing automated test scripts using Python or any testing tools
- Good Understanding of various database technologies (DB2, Teradata, Oracle 10g/11g, SQL server, Big data/Hadoop, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in testing Cloud migration applications (MS Azure, AWS, Snowflake) based testing
- Good exposure in executing Proficient in a variety of interfaces including REST APIs, SQL, and web browser dev tools
- Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C , Java, JavaScript)
- Experience in continuous testing practices in a CI/CD development pipeline, and deploying test automation
- Experience working with build & deployment tools eg: Octopus, TeamCity and GitLab etc.
- Apply Strong knowledge of testing methodologies such as black box, white box, Functional, Regression, Integration and E2E Testing
- Good exposure to agile testing process, test strategy planning and implementation, test execution and reporting
- Ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision
