About the Role: As an ETF Sales Director, you will play a key role in distributing our ETFs across the U.S. market, and build a team under you. You'll develop relationships with RIAs, broker-dealers, and institutional investors, serving as both a strategic partner and product expert. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited to help shape a growing company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive ETF sales and AUM growth across key U.S. channels: RIAs, IBDs, platforms, and institutions
- Develop and execute a regional or national sales strategy aligned with our product and brand positioning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, investment teams, and home office contacts.
- Represent the firm at conferences, webinars, and one-on-one meetings.
- Build the best A team
- Collaborate with marketing and product to align messaging and content with advisor/investor needs.
- Gather market feedback and insights to inform future product development and strategy
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in ETF sales/sales management distribution in the U.S.
- Strong network within the RIA and institutional investment space
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Deep interest in markets, fintech, and the future of investing
