Job Qualifications: - Two (2) or four (4) year degree, with a minimum of a high school diploma

- Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Word processing
- Spreadsheets
- Student information systems
- General office management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work effectively with the students, staff and general public
- Cooperative work style
- Strong organizational skills
- Work related experience in office management preferred
Responsibilities: - Facilitate the Building Administrator's correspondence and communication.
- Maintain student information system and/or official records
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
- Facilitate requisitions and building supplies
- Provide consistent communication of building operations with students, staff and families.
