What You ll Do:
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates across a range of major projects
- Collaborate with project managers, cost managers, and planners to provide comprehensive commercial support
- Analyse and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Contribute to benchmarking and data analysis to drive value for clients
- Support clients through all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to final account

What We're Looking For: - Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or consultancy
- Strong knowledge of estimating methodologies and cost planning
- Familiarity with software tools such as CostX, CATO, or similar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, construction management, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
