• Experience with NEC3 and ideally NEC4 forms of contract
• Must hold a UK driving licence and must have a car, as the sites are generally remote and not accessible via public transport.
• Working hours: 37.5 per week over 4 days Monday to Thursday 9.375 hours per day with a 20 min lunch break. Hinkley site hours are 07.25-17.00
• Attendance on site is 3 days a week minimum.
• Site / Office locations include: EDF Offices in Gloucester, EDF offices in Bristol, NRS offices in Bristol, Hinkley Point A & B

A relevant professional qualification (e.g. MRICS) or equivalent
Significant experience within relevant project environment
Significant experience with producing estimates across a broad range of complex projects (detailed bottom up, parametric and rough order of magnitude)
Technical understanding and experience of construction, demolition, decommissioning, process plants and waste management
Experience and knowledge of standard method of measurement (SMM7, CESMM3, NRM2)
Demonstrable experience of working on NEC contracts and/or other forms of contract (ICE, JCT, FIDDIC)
Experience of identifying, analysing and solving problems including undertaking independent project reviews and providing independent advice and guidance
